Leopard Tee
9.30.2014

Tee: LOFT (extra 40% off!) | Jeans: Forever 21
Booties: Steve Madden (old | this year's version) | Bag: Phillip Lim for Target (similar)
Sunglasses: Amazon | Watch: Fossil | Druzy bracelet: Margaret Elizabeth
Necklace: Kate Spade | Nails: 'Revlon Red'
Lips: Sephora Cream Lip Stain in 'Everlasting Burgundy'

Today's blog post is all about this quick and simple fall outfit! I recently ordered this tee from LOFT (at the awesome 40% off price it's marked down to again), and I was so pleasantly surprised by how comfy it is. It's legitimately just as comfy as wearing a sweatshirt or college t-shirt. What I love is that it's a cute and super easy thing to throw on with jeans, but can also be dressed up a bit for work with a pencil or midi skirt, or even trousers and heels. I wore this out to dinner and shopping with a friend last night and it was perfect for the occasion :)

Cream Ruffles
9.25.2014

 Top: H&M (similar)
Skirt: H&M (size 6 | also love this one)
Heels: Target (similar)
Clutch: Francesca's (want this one)
Sunglasses: Anthropologie (nearly identical)
Druzy Bracelet: Margaret Elizabeth
Beaded Bracelet: Lily and Laura
Watch: Fossil
Mrs. Necklace: Kate Spade

This skirt was another NYC purchase, and it might be my favorite of all. First of all, I'm really loving cream, blush and nude tones at the moment, so this outfit is on repeat. Secondly, I love that this skirt can take you from work to date night, or to a wedding or other party with no problem. Even though this is somewhat of a fun, statement piece, it's still really versatile!

I hope you're having a great week! Mine seems to be crawling a bit, but hey, we're almost to the weekend now :)

Highlighter Peplum
9.23.2014

 Top: H&M (size 6)
Pants: Target (similar at J. Crew Factory & Old Navy (on sale + extra 25% off today))
Bag: H&M in-store (love this one)
Heels: Prabal Gurung for Target (similar here and here)
Watch: Fossil
Druzy bangle: Margaret Elizabeth
Lips: Sephora Cream Lipstain in 'Everlasting Burgundy'

It wasn't particularly planned, but I've been posting a lot of work looks lately! Since I work in a dressier office this year, work attire has become a much bigger part of my closet and shopping. Fortunately, I'm learning to be more creative with my styling outside of jeans! I bought this little peplum number because it's black and yellow and our school district's colors are black and gold (you have to take advantage of these finds). I love that it's a bit edgy, but still perfect for the office.

Fall Leopard Finds
9.22.2014

BCBG Heels (also love these)
LOFT Gray Tee (40% off today!! I own this and love it.)
Sonix Transparent Case - iPhone 6 (other sizes available)
Sole Society Oversized Scarf (also own this and it's fantastic)

As fall is rolling in, one of my favorite prints is as well! I'm definitely one of those who considers leopard a neutral, and it really is so easy to mix with stripes, plaid, and even the occasional polka dot. The nice thing about it is that there are so many ways to wear it - as you can see above! I own that scarf, tee and a similar H&M cardi, and am hoping to add those flats to my shoe rack in the next month or so. Accessories like phone cases and clutches are an easy way to wear it as well!

I hope the finds above and below help you get started! How are you looking forward to wearing leopard this fall and winter??

Pink Pencil Skirt
9.17.2014

Top: Forever 21 (similar here and here) | Skirt: JCPenny
Heels: Steve Madden (similar here and here) | Purse: H&M in-store (love this one)
Necklaces: Kate Spade and J. Crew Factory (similar) | Watch: Fossil
Druzy bracelet: Margaret Elizabeth | Earrings: BaubleBar
Lipstick: Revlon 'Berry Haute' | Sunnies: Amazon

This is another favorite work look of mine lately! I so enjoyed this pencil skirt this summer and it worked perfectly with several sleeveless blouses I own, but now I'll be transitioning it into early fall with this chambray shirt and other long-sleeved options.

Thanks for reading!

Midi
9.15.2014

Dress: H&M (size 6, but a bit roomy) | Heels: Target (similar)
Earrings: Lisi Lerch (also available here) | Clutch: Francesca's (wanting this one)
Bangle: Margaret Elizabeth | Nails: Essie 'Bobbing for Baubles'

When I saw this dress at an H&M in New York City I purchased it immediately without even trying it on (I never ever do that but we were in a hurry). I absolutely love this dress! It's so polished and chic, and it really looks so much more expensive than the $25 price tag (oh, and it has pockets!).

I'm just slightly obsessed with the 'midi' length trend right now (hooray for chic things you can wear to work), and am hoping to add a couple of midi skirts to my closet ASAP.

Kindness is Always Stylish
9.11.2014

Tee: Mindy Mae's Market (size medium | love this one too)
Jeans: Gap (love these! also like: 1, 2, 3)
Bag: H&M in-store (obsessed with this one in both colors)
Earrings: Kendra Scott | Watch: Fossil
Druzy Bracelet: Margaret Elizabeth | Beaded Bracelets: Lily and Laura

When I saw this tee on Mindy Mae's Instagram a couple of months ago I immediately wanted it! I love this little saying and it brings to mind the Audrey Hepburn wisdom "for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness." I wore this outfit for a day of home shopping last Sunday and I loved that it was comfortable and relaxed but still a fun look.

I hope you've had a wonderful week and the rest goes by quickly so we can get to the weekend :)

{If you want this tee but don't want to pay full price, I recommend following her Instagram and watching for a sale on it. She runs flash sales pretty often and I got it for $16!}

Printed Pants
9.09.2014

Top: Target (similar) | Pants: Zara (similar here, here, here)
Bag: H&M in-store (similar here & here) | Heels: Target (similar here & here)
Watch: Fossil | Necklace: Trendz Boutique | Kendra Scott (need ASAP!))
Druzy bangle: Margaret Elizabeth | Gold ring: Gorjana | Polish: Essie 'Blanc'

I wore this outfit to work yesterday (some of you probably saw my #OOTD on Instagram), and couldn't wait to post it here! I scored these amazing printed trousers at a Zara in NYC on sale for $20! It was love at first site and I was so excited when they fit me. I have another pair of printed ankle pants (from H&M) in black and white, and between the two they add a lot of fun and fashion-forwardness to my work attire.

I'm hoping to do a little work series of 3-4 other outfits in the next few weeks so stay tuned :) I have a dressier job now but have had just as much fun styling outfits! I've learned it's all about colors, prints and accessories.

Jacy
