Dress: c/o Maude Boutique | Heels: Steve Madden (currently being price-matched - 20% off!)
Clutch: Clare V (similar for less) | Earrings: c/o Kendra Scott

As you probably saw on Snapchat I spent part of this weekend in St. Louis. One of my college + sorority friends got married on Saturday and it was the most beautiful wedding I've ever attended! Every detail was stunning. I wore this dress to the wedding and got so many questions and compliments on it! I wore my hair down for the wedding, but quickly threw it up yesterday to recreate the look for the blog.

In addition to the wedding, my friend Jo and I bought last minute tickets to the Beyonce concert and I'm still on cloud 9 from it. I've always really liked Beyonce, but would never have called myself a diehard fan by any means. But, after seeing her live I will love her 'til the day I die. She is the most incredible performer! Bey danced full out the entire time and never missed a note. I need to get in her kind of shape!

Palm Print
5.11.2015

Dress: H&M (runs small - wearing size 6; also comes in neon) | Heels: Steve Madden (similar here, here) | Bag: Rebecca Minkoff | Earrings: Kendra Scott | Cuff: Loren Hope | Lips: MAC 'lickable'

This is what I wore for my birthday date with my husband last Friday for sushi + drinks! I'm absolutely in love with this palm print dress (you will love the price tag as well) and how it can be dressed up like this or dressed down with some flat sandals or espadrilles and a hat. This will definitely be coming with me on our trip to California this summer because it can multitask and because the palm print is so fitting!

I also got to use my new cross body bag for the first time. It's my first Rebecca Minkoff bag, and I'm SO happy I finally made the plunge (I've wanted one of her designs for ages). The quality is impeccable, plus Shopbop is so user friendly and has free 3-day shipping, so I'm naturally already picking out my next RM bag.

Valentine's Day Outfit
2.12.2015

Blazer: H&M | Tank: Tobi (old; similar tanks in red here & here) | Coated Denim: H&M (similar here, here (both under $50)) | Heels: Steve Madden (new version) | Bag: Tobi (old; want this one) | Earrings: Lisi Lerch | Watch: Fossil | Bracelets: Loren Hope & From Dylan | Lipstick: BareMinerals 'Be Free'

Today I have a Valentine's Day outfit option that I may very well end up wearing! I actually have a dressier outfit planned, but if it ends up being too cold or we eat somewhere a bit more relaxed I may opt for this look. Maybe it's the fact that I'm constantly wishing to be someplace warm, but I find that I'm gravitating toward more color these days, and I loved the bold pairing of red and turquoise.

I can't wait for tomorrow to get here! Trey and I both took the day off tomorrow, so we're going to head out of town for a mini getaway to relax, shop, and eat some delicious food, so I cannot wait!

Do you have any fun plans for Valentine's Day? I feel like a lot of my friends are staying in with their significant others this year, which we've done in the past and loved just as much.

Photos by Jo Johnson on my iPhone 5S ;) (I forgot my camera haha)

This past Saturday we held my little bachelorette bash and it was so fun! I'm not much of a party girl and really was looking for some great girl time with my best friends, so we had an awesome, low key night! We first got pedicures at my favorite nail salon (True Beauty in Springfield - a must!), then ate at a fun Mexican restaurant downtown (Maria's has the best margaritas), then went back to my parents' for chocolate fondu + wine. It was lovely!

I hunted for weeks and weeks for my bachelorette party dress. I was really good and didn't buy anything new for either of my bridal showers, so this was the perfect excuse to buy something fun! I didn't want anything tight or too short, but still wanted something a bit 'hot' and unique. After frustrating weeks of online shopping, I finally found this number at Dillards the week of! Sometimes you really can't beat actually shopping in-store.

Thank you to my wonderful friends and sis for putting this together and coming to celebrate with me! Here are some snapshots from the night:

En route to pedis!

Starbucks stop! Because of course...

But first, let me take a selfie...

Of course I had to capture my outfit as an #OOTD

Gorgeous bridesmaids in pink!! They put my party together and it was just fabulous!

Pretty sister (Tess) :)

If I didn't have a sister, she would be my maid of honor ;) Love my Haley!

My college bestie miss Ashley. This girl is an incredible friend!

Our wonderful friend Sarah! She has already been a huge help pulling last minute details together this week.

And last, but certainly not least, my wonderful friend (and wedding photographer) Jo! This girl is as true as they come.

All my girls! Loved our colorful attire :)

Check back later this week to see our engagement photos! Thanks for reading!
