Two things... I've been wearing hats in pretty much every post lately, and you are all probably getting sick of them!! In my defense, my hair got snowed and rained on today, and I didn't particularly feel like re-curling it, so my hat came to the rescue ;) Secondly, I'm sorry for the very odd timing of this post. I had the day off of work but was so busy and hadn't had a chance to shoot photos this week until this afternoon. Hence the late post! But hey, better late than never :)

I know I've done a lot of casual posts lately, but I wanted to share this turtleneck sweater/sweatshirt and booties that I grabbed at Target the other night! I've been wanting a Chelsea style bootie, and was so impressed with the quality and comfort of these for the [great] price.

We are finally getting our first full week of fall weather this week (it was 80 degrees over the weekend), so it was the perfect timing to finally wear this cozy turtleneck sweater and my new Johnston & Murphy booties! The leather is smooth and shiny, and they have an awesome structured look that's huge right now but also so so classic. For those of you who don't know Johnston & Murphy... They are a classic American footwear brand based in Nashville that has sole high-quality men's shoes since 1850. In 2008, they introduced a women's line that also has that classic, high-quality appeal.
