Spring/Summer Dresses & Skirts 5.01.2015

So I'm on a huge skirt and dress kick this spring and summer. I think last year being pretty fresh out of college that I was so busy trying to build up my basics that I didn't get to buy very many "fun" pieces like sundresses and skirts. I've already bought a few dresses this spring and have my eye on a lot of cute skirts as well! Shorts are often challenging to find or style in a unique way, so sometimes skirts and dresses are simply easier and chicer (and can be dressed up or down)! Forever 21 Finds 4.10.2015

This is a little bit of a different style of post for me, but I've been browsing through Forever 21's site the last couple of days and have been just blown away at how many cute pieces they have right now! I actually took a big break from shopping at F21 a couple of years ago because I felt like their clothing had gotten trashy-looking and that the quality had lessened, but within the last year or so, I've been increasingly impressed by their chic and good-quality-for-the-price pieces. I know it's an overwhelming place to sift through both online and in-store, so I wanted to share some of my favorite finds for you! A couple of things that help me sort through their site is to look through their "New Arrivals" and to search different keywords ("tunic," "longline," "distressed," etc.).

I am seriously in the mood for effortless summer dresses (well, and everything else), however I don't like to spend a lot of money on dresses for the most part and am on a tight budget right now saving up for a vacation, so I'm kind of loving all of their breezy and affordable options right now (many in flattering midi and maxi lengths!!).

Have you scored anything crazy amazing there lately? I want those espadrille sandals in black and brown ASAP and am currently trying to narrow down my massive shopping cart, but am especially loving this maxi dress, this midi dress, and this tunic in both colors.
