I'm not a bright color person, but the colors and print of this dress are just so pretty (and it comes in 4 options)! I love that it can be worn as a pool/beach coverup, to work (I did as styled above), or even dressed up for a wedding or nice dinner. It's truly so versatile, so you get a lot of bang for your buck. I'm thinking this may be a good one to pack for our vacation!

For each season I like to come up with a handful of go-to outfits that I can throw on quickly with little thought when I'm in a hurry, and this outfit will definitely be one of mine this summer! This tank is so soft and comfortable, and I love the longer length and color/print. I've talked about Pleione before, but their tops really are some of the very best. The tank I'm wearing comes in 14 adorable color and print options, so I'm thinking I'll need to pick up another one...if I can even decide on which one to get!

You know I'm not a big color person, but the turquoise and blue tones in this top are to-die-for! I talked about how much I love Pleione tops (available at Nordstrom) in this post, and it's definitely the case with this top as well. The fabric is such good quality (breezy, but soft and not sheer), and I always love a flattering tunic length. And the best thing about tops like this is that they're equally great for work and play!

I hope you all had a great weekend! We had a pretty low-key weekend with lots of Masters-watching, yard work, cooking and photo editing.

With the recent spring weather all I want to wear are hats, sandals, and breezy tops! This wide brim black straw hat is 100% my new favorite hat. Oh, and it's only $30, so you need it immediately! 

I recently discovered the brand Pleione, which is sold at Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack, and this top has become one of my absolute favorites! I just got it last week along with two more of their tops (here and here) and am blown away by how amazing the quality is for the price. I also love that their tops run on the longer side, which I've always found to be really flattering (hooray for a "bubble butt" and ex-dancer thighs). They have several tops marked down to 40% off right now at Nordstrom, so definitely take a look!
