My First Bodysuit + a Giveaway 4.19.2017

As much as I want to wear little spring dresses and shorts everyday, we are definitely still having some cooler days around here, so I've wearing these girlfriend jeans quite a bit! The light wash and raw hem feel so fresh for spring, and they're perfect with spring blouses, graphic tees, and bodysuits.

This is actually my first bodysuit, and I'm obsessed! I love that you don't have to worry about them becoming untucked, and that they just streamline your whole outfit. This one is no longer available, but I love these here, here and here.

I wore this for a little date night with Trey Saturday evening and we had the best night! We had yummy food and red wine (our new favorite!), then came home, talked, and danced in the kitchen. It was a simple night, but I love our weekends together and I really make an effort to cherish this time in our lives before we add little humans into the mix someday.

Now onto my outfit... This burgundy bomber jacket is definitely one of my favorite purchases this month! The color, quality and fit are perfect! It's on sale under $50 here, and available in all sizes here. I have it in a size small.

I'm sorry for the late post today and lack of posts this week! Today I'm heading to the San Diego area for a few days and it's definitely a bittersweet trip. My Papa Don passed away a few weeks ago and his memorial service is this weekend, but I also get to be in one of my very favorite places and see a lot of family. I've been looking for a chic & unique ball cap to accessorize with (and to cover up bad hair days with lol), and as soon as I saw this gray satin cap I had.to.have.it. I'm absolutely obsessed! It's such an easy way to elevate your outfit and make it more fashion forward, while also being comfortable and functional. This little bomber jacket is another of my new favorite things. The fit and price are so good that I'm thinking about picking it up in black as well!

Bomber jackets are one of my favorite emerging trends, and I couldn't resist this one in olive green!
