5 New-to-Me Makeup Products I'm Loving

5 makeup products I'm loving lately | Love, Lenore

You all know how much I love trying beauty products! Makeup is something I've really grown to love over the past couple of years, and I get so excited when I learn a new technique or discover an amazing product.

I wanted to share these 5 products I discovered over the summer that have made such a big difference in my makeup!

Products that cover dark circles | Urban Decay color corrector and NARS radiant creamy concealer

Together, these two products make such a great concoction for dark undereye circles!

NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer
I wish I hadn't waited so long to try this, because it definitely lives up to all of the hype! It stays all day long, it covers my rather extreme dark circles really well, and isn't drying whatsoever. I use the shade 'vanilla' and highlight my face with it as well! I dab/brush it on with the built in applicator, then blend with a damp beauty sponge.

Urban Decay Naked Skin Color Correcting Fluid
This is a little pricey, but it's my favorite color corrector I've tried so far. I definitely notice a difference when I use this under my concealer because it helps to cancel out the deep purple tones I have in my dark circles! It also brightens up the eye area really nicely.

IT Cosmetics Superhero Volumizing Mascara
You guys, I have tried SO many mascaras over the past couple of years looking for one that matched up with my wish list, and I finally found IT (pun intended ;). This is very pigmented and volumizing, and doesn't budge all day long (black smudges under my eyes are a huge pet peeve of mine). I highly, highly recommend this product!

Kat Von D Lock-It Setting Powder
I bought this based on the recommendation of a Sephora associate with flawless makeup and I love this stuff! I loved the other powder I was using, but wanted to try a translucent powder so that I could set my undereye makeup and also try "baking." I originally planned to get the famous Laura Mercier powder, but left with this one instead. It leaves a beautiful finish on the skin and sets my makeup all day without looking cakey or too matte. It's also ended up being perfect for the "baking" technique that I now use on my undereyes and on the end of my nose (I learned from this video)!

Colourpop Ultra Matte Lip in "Midi"
I was skeptical to try Colourpop products because they're so cheap, but I've ended up liking the products I got! You've seen this color on me a lot this summer and it's such a beautiful pinky-nude matte lip that will make your lips look bigger! I have a small mouth, so this is a plus for me ;) I use it with this liner, and then add a little bit of nude gloss on top to keep my lips more moisturized, which also helps it last a really long time. You can see me wearing it here and here.

What makeup products are you loving lately?? I'm always down to try out new products, so I'd love to know!
