I picked up this structured top from Maude Boutique over the weekend and I'm pretty obsessed with it! I did some modeling for their website (if you click on 'what's new' you'll see a lot of me! haha), which included this top, and I couldn't leave without it. As a young professional, I think it's important to have some pieces that can be versatile for both work and play. The only things I changed between my two outfits were my shorts/pants and my necklaces, yet they have a completely different feel. I wore the second look to work yesterday and even though it's really a simple outfit, I feel like the platform sandals and details of top keep it interesting. Similarly with the casual look... typically a white top and denim shorts would be super simple and potentially boring. But the details of the top and the embroidered shorts add a little bit of interest!
My platform sandals (so comfy) and Rebecca Minkoff bag are also new to my closet! I'm a firm believer that great accessories elevate even the most basic of clothing, so I was excited to find both of these.
