On our drive home from California we stopped to see the Grand Canyon! Trey and our friend Sarah had never been there, and I hadn't seen it since I was young, so it was amazing to see it and appreciate it as adults. What I didn't realize was how much of a detour it is off the interstate! Normally we wouldn't have cared, but we were driving straight through from San Diego to Springfield, Missouri, so adding on a few extra hours definitely hit us on the last few hours of the drive.
Also, I just have to say that this is definitely not what I wore for 29-30 hours in the car! When we're driving I like to be as comfortable as humanly possible, so, I may or may not have changed in the car on the detour to the Grand Canyon. I fully know how ridiculous that is, but in my defense I knew we would be taking photos there and didn't want to look like crap! My tank and shorts are two of my favorite buys this summer though, and they're both extremely marked down at the moment! My tank is on sale for $9 (and available in other colors), and my shorts are just $12 right now - both a serious steal. I've also had my eye on this minimal dress for a few weeks and it's only $7 at the moment!
